3. Food Ordering and Delivery
3.1 Ordering: Chowdoor provides a platform for users to order food from participating restaurants (“Merchants”). By placing an order through the Service, you agree to pay the total amount specified for the order, including any applicable taxes and fees.
3.2 Delivery: Chowdoor acts as an intermediary between you and the Merchant for the delivery of food. While we strive to provide accurate delivery estimates, actual delivery times may vary depending on factors such as traffic and weather conditions.
3.3 Quality: Chowdoor does not guarantee the quality or safety of the food provided by Merchants. Any complaints or issues regarding the quality of the food should be directed to the Merchant.
4. Fees and Payment
4.1 Fees: Chowdoor may charge fees for the use of certain features of the Service, such as delivery fees. Any such fees will be clearly disclosed to you before you place an order.
4.2 Payment: You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your use of the Service, including any applicable taxes. Payment may be processed through third-party payment processors, and you agree to abide by their terms and conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability
CHOWDOOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF CHOWDOOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
